Our Metcon class may involve a variety of exercises, such as running, cycling, rowing, jumping rope, kettlebell swings, burpees, box jumps, or bodyweight exercises like push-ups, squats, and lunges. These exercises are performed in timed intervals or for a specific number of repetitions, and the goal is to complete as many rounds or repetitions as possible within the given time frame.
